With a background in psychology, process consulting, and strategic development, I combine deep clarity work with practical execution so you're not just thinking about the next step, you're taking it.

I created Confexcel™ after years of navigating big personal and professional change - building a new life from scratch, growing through doubt, and learning how to lead without burning out. Every part of my work now is shaped by that experience: clear, honest, and action-oriented.

My background

I started in hands-on technical roles, moved into quality management and consulting. To all this I added a degree in psychology, engineering and professional coaching. I’ve built teams, improved systems, and navigated high-stakes corporate environments, all while raising my daughter and rebuilding my life in a new country. That mix of structure, emotional insight, and real-life grit is what I bring to every client I work with.
