Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Confexcel, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services while ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all clients. By booking a coaching session, you agree to the following policies, which are designed to respect both your time and ours.
1. Booking & Payment

Coaching sessions must be booked in advance through our official website or direct communication.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in a signed contract.

By confirming your booking, you agree to adhere to our Standard Policies, Code of Conduct, and Coaching Agreement.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
To accommodate all clients fairly, we have a structured cancellation policy:

Free Cancellation Window: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a session will not incur a fee (€0).

Paid Cancellation Window: Cancellations made between 24 hours and 1 hour before a session will be subject to a cancellation fee of €10.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Fee: Cancellations made less than 12 hour before a session or failure to attend a session will result in a 100% session fee charge.
3. Code of Conduct & Professional Standards

Clients are expected to engage in coaching with professionalism, respect, and commitment as outlined in our Coaching Code of Conduct.

Sessions are confidential and aligned with ethical coaching practices.
4. Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule, we encourage you to do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

Rescheduling within 24 hours of the session may be subject to the same cancellation fees, depending on availability.
5. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By booking a coaching session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Booking & Cancellation Policy, Coaching Contract, and Standard Policies.
