These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Confexcel® through our website www.confexcel.com and coaching services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide coaching services to individuals and professionals. Coaching is a partnership focused on achieving personal or professional goals and does not constitute therapy, counseling, or medical advice.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Sessions must be booked in advance via our website or direct communication.

  • Payment must be completed before the session unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices are stated in euro and may be subject to change with prior notice.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of payment.

  • If we need to reschedule a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative options.

5. Confidentiality

  • All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except as required by law.

  • Coaching notes and session records are stored securely.

6. Responsibilities of the Client

  • The client is responsible for their own decisions and actions following coaching sessions.

  • Full engagement and commitment to the coaching process are expected for optimal results.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from coaching sessions or decisions made by the client.

  • Coaching does not replace medical, psychological, or legal advice, and clients should seek professional help when necessary.

8. Intellectual Property

Any materials, exercises, or resources provided during coaching are the intellectual property of Confexcel® and may not be shared or reproduced without permission.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disputes, we encourage open communication to find a resolution.

  • If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of Dutch law.
